All courses will take place in my cabin nestled on the edge of the New Forest National Park. It is a warm and quiet space and provides the perfect environment for teaching and learning. 

 

My interactive courses are designed to teach you simple, effective and powerful self-help techniques which will give YOU the understanding of how your body works and what you can do to help it heal. Whatever symptoms you may suffer from my courses will give you the opportunity to discover the tools to make significant improvements in your health.

A 90 minute taster session will give you an introduction to the basics of Touch for Health Kinesiology which will lead into a two day course.
